The concept of "Performative Drawing" was initiated by Leonid Tskhe, who developed this practice based on his teaching experience and numerous performances and exhibition participations with the art group Sever-7 in St. Petersburg.
Performative Drawing, in summary, is a synthesis of drawing and performative practice. While a traditional academic drawing course teaches how to draw a figure, performative drawing transforms this classical framework into an artistic practice.
Participants draw a model and act as the model themselves. They can use various tools and develop their own ideas (including poses or drapery), creatively engaging with the essence of the drawing and posing process.

Performed by Leonid Tskhe, Sonja Yakovleva, Ivan Zubarev.
